Our Services

• Fees are payable in advance, not later than the last or 1st day of each month.

• All fees which are paid into treatment are non-refundable. 

• NOTE: If a client is booked in after the 5th of the month, they will be invoiced a pro-rata amount for the first month.

• If a resident relapses and does not return to Foundation House, goes AWOL, or does not give one month’s notice, we do not refund the monthly fees or deposit.

• Any damages caused by the resident will be charged for and an assessment will be conducted regarding the costs and their remaining stay. 

• A 30-day written notice is required before exiting the house. If the client exits before this period, without prior notice, a pro-rata fee may become applicable in this regard as well. 

NOTE: all outstanding fees are payable in full before the client departs from Foundation House.
